'Ophelia Bitz prays'

Ophelia Bitz has performed with the likes of Derren Brown and Mika. This drawing was exhibited at the Inaugural Dr Sketchy show in New York.

It was completed at one of the Kunta Kinte/White Mischief Parties (Dr Sketchy) and reflects the kind of fast drawing techniques I am exploring in my work to find a pathway for expressing my response to dancers and performers caught in a moment of motion, emotion or guesture. This was an 9 minute drawing.
